Appellant, Columbia International Corporation, a judgment creditor of Oscar Perry, appeals from an order dismissing proceedings supplemental to execution in which it sought to set aside a sale of corporate stock.

Although appellant's judgment is dated April 3, 1958, the trial was concluded and the cause decided in mid-March of 1958. In late March, the equipment of Perry Machine Shop, a corporation of which Oscar Perry was the controlling stockholder...
