Plaintiffs instituted this suit for the purpose of recovering medical expenses and property loss incurred by the husband and personal injuries sustained by the wife, when the latter was involved in an automobile collision on May 22, 1958, during daylight hours, on State Highway 494 in Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana. Made defendants were James H. Williams and his liability insurer, American Surety Company...
