The plaintiff brought these two actions to compel the defendants to reimburse it for taxes paid to the City of Mobile, Alabama, and to Mobile Gas Service Corporation, in compliance with Section 1, paragraph 193, of the License Code of the City of Mobile, Alabama. Plaintiff contends the reimbursements are due it under alleged contracts entered into with the defendants.
