On May 14, 1959, relator Jack McCarter filed a petition in this court, in each of the above-captioned cases, for a writ of prohibition to restrain the respondent, the Honorable Marshall Craig, Judge of the Circuit Court of Scott County, Missouri, from exercising jurisdiction over relator in two certain lawsuits pending before him in the Scott County Circuit Court.
