This is a suit for damages by the parents of Robert Adams which damages result from the death of their son in an automobile accident. The petitioners are Gustave Adams and Mrs. Laurencia Pitre Adams, the father and mother of the deceased minor. The defendants were originally Veneral Dantin and his insurer, Pacific Indemnity Company. Prior to trial Mr. Dantin died, and the only remaining defendant is Pacific Indemnity Company.
