This is an appeal by Robert Lee Jackson from an order denying a motion for a new trial, from an order denying his application for probation, from an order that he be confined in the state prison and from a judgment finding him guilty of kidnapping, rape and a violation of section 288a, Penal Code. It is also an appeal by Robert Reginald Cozine upon the same grounds and from the same charges.
