Associated Wholesale Grocery of Dallas, Inc., is a corporation under the laws of Texas. It is engaged in the wholesale grocery business and has its office and warehouse in Dallas. Its stock is owned by approximately 370 retail grocers of whom about two-thirds are in Dallas and the others are at North Texas points.
