OPINION PER CURIAM, May 8, 1959:

Judgment affirmed on the following excerpts from the opinion of Judge JOHN J. KENNEDY:

"The above captioned proceeding is a trespass quare clausum fregit suit in which the plaintiffs claimed their coal mine became contaminated and unworkable after the defendants caused sanitary sewers to empty into an air ventilating shaft which led from the surface above into the coal mine. The jury returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiffs...
