Kincaid, Jr., partners doing business as Dallas Farm Machinery Company, plaintiffs in the trial court, from a summary judgment in favor of appellees that appellants recover nothing by their suit against appellees Minneapolis-Moline Company and W. B. Barry, defendants in the trial court.
