This was an action for the violation of a city ordinance, originally brought and tried before the police judge of the city of Alamogordo, New Mexico. The accusation was that the defendant parked his car in a restricted zone in said city contrary to Ordinance No. 185, Section 117. He was found guilty and a fine was assessed against him.
