ROBERTS, Justice.
This is a criminal complaint charging the defendant with operating a motor vehicle on a public highway in the town of East Providence while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. The case was tried before a justice of the superior court sitting with a jury which found the defendant guilty. The case is here on the defendant's bill of exceptions.
