The State's testimony shows that the prosecutrix was 14 years of age on the date of the alleged offense and was the appellant's stepdaughter. Appellant was married to the prosecutrix' mother, Mrs. Eva Lee, in the month of December, 1951, and after the marriage lived with his wife and the prosecutrix and her younger sister, Frances, at their home in the City of Houston...
