Action to enjoin trustee's sale under trust deed and for declaratory relief. Plaintiffs Sally Bisno and Alexander Bisno appeal from the judgment.

They are the makers of a note for $34,000 dated January 9, 1951, payable in installments of $250, principal and interest, on the first of each month; the note is secured by a trust deed upon appellants' Beverly Hills home.
