This is an appeal from an order of the probate court for the district of Fair Haven. Ethel B. Jones died on April 18, 1955. She had never married, but the plaintiff, Majorie L. Jones, claims to be her daughter and sole heir. She claims Arthur J. Safford was her father. The administratrix claims that the plaintiff is the daughter of Don R.
