BERRY, Justice.

At a point where Peoria Avenue intersects Independence Street in Tulsa, Peoria, which is a four-lane highway that is unmarked by stop signs at point of said intersection, extends north and south, and Independence, which is marked by stop signs at point of said intersection, extends east and west.

On date of accident, these things occurred: an automobile driven by Robert Sears, in a southerly direction...
