JOHNSON, Justice.

Petitioner asks us to grant writs of prohibition against the Judge of the Circuit Court of Franklin County, Charleston District, directing him to proceed no further with trial of two causes pending in said court wherein Junior Moore is plaintiff in one action and the petitioner, Gland-O-Lac Company, is defendant; and the other wherein Everett Neighbors is plaintiff and the petitioner is defendant.
