This is a suit by the appellants, Dr. Hartley and his wife, for the reinstatement of a life insurance policy and for the recovery of hospital benefits under a sickness and accident policy. As the parties were in agreement about the material facts the complaint was so drawn as to permit all issues to be raised by demurrer. The chancellor sustained the defendant's demurrer, on the ground that the admitted facts do not give rise to any cause...
