Plaintiff has appealed from a judgment of the District Court denying him any compensation as the result of an alleged accident on November 10, 1956, while employed as a rough-neck in the drilling of an oil well for the defendant company and as a result of such an accident plaintiff contended that he has suffered total and permanent disability because of an alleged muscular strain of the left side of the neck...
