This is a workmen's compensation case brought by the widow of a deceased employee to recover for his death. The evidence adduced on the trial before a single director showed substantially that the deceased, Charles Homer Hurley, a man 48 years old, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 210 pounds, worked on the 10 p. m. shift for Callaway Mills Company at its Hillside Cotton Mills where he was a card grinder.
