SUPPLEMENTAL FINDINGS OF FACT AND OPINION.

On June 11, 1958, our Findings of Fact and Opinion in this proceeding was filed. The decision on the only issue submitted to us at that time was in favor of the respondent. See George R. Bell, 30 T.C. 559. In his assignments of error the petitioner had contended that the entire amount of compensation which he had received from American Samoa during the calendar years 1952 and 1953...
