The complaint was brought against The Fair, a seller, alleging the sale of devices embodying the invention of the patent in suit, "to wit — No. 281 and other Rich `Bounce-A-Way' spring suspended hobby horses"; Rich Industries, the manufacturer thereof, became a party defendant...
