Appellant had been employed as a "scaler" for about three months prior to November 7, 1957, when he was discharged for alleged misconduct in connection with his employment. His employer, Idaho Pine Company, was engaged in a logging operation fifteen miles north of Lowman, Idaho, and maintained its main office at Meridian, Idaho.
