This is a Workmen's Compensation case under Section 50-901 et seq., T.C.A., and particularly under Section 50-1013, T.C.A., as amended by the Acts of 1957 and carried in the supplement to the Code. All facts to make it a compensable case under the Act are agreed to save the single question of whether or not the petitioner was a partial defendant of her son, Thomas Teasley, who lost his life in an accident occurring in the course of his employment...
