This litigation involves the construction of the provisions in two deeds, referred to as Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B". The facts are not in dispute. Appellants, Josephine Rostell, John E., Kenneth F., and James C. Murray, and Martha Miller and Lucille Finch, are the sole heirs at law of C. C. Murray and his wife, Josie Murray.
