WOODLEY, Judge.

The offense is possession of wine, whisky and beer in a dry area for the purpose of sale; the punishment, six months in jail and a fine of $1,000. A prior conviction for transporting wine in a dry area was alleged for enhancement of punishment purposes.

Officers secured a search warrant to search a private residence at the rear of 1711 Ave. B. in Lubbock.

Officer Mason had the place under surveillance in the latter part of the night...
