Plaintiff brought this action against defendant for damages incurred in an automobile accident. The defendant cross-complained against the plaintiff. The jury found in favor of defendant on plaintiff's complaint and in favor of the cross-defendant on defendant's cross-complaint. From the judgment entered on such verdicts the plaintiff appeals.
