This action for damages was brought by the administrator of Mrs. Delores Bly Ellis, who was killed in the crossing accident involved in the case of Norfolk & W. R. Corp. v. Sykes, No. 4813, decided today, 106 S.E.2d 734. The latter case was tried in March and the present case in May 1957. In the first case the jury found for the plaintiff and on defendants' appeal we reversed the judgment and entered final...
