This is a petition to review an order of the National Labor Relations Board; there is also a cross-petition for enforcement of the order. Our petitioner, Honolulu Star-Bulletin, Ltd., publishes a daily newspaper in Hawaii and also has a commercial printing business. After collective bargaining it entered into a contract with the Honolulu Typographical Union No. 37, an affiliate of the International Typographical Union, AFL-CIO. The employees...
