Dusenberry, Jr., complainant in the court below, from a final decree of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit of Alabama, in Equity, in a suit filed by him to set aside a deed executed by him conveying certain-described property to his wife, Margaret Kingman Dusenberry, on June 21, 1952, on the ground that such deed was a product of undue influence exercised over appellant by his wife.
