Special ground 1 assigns error because it is alleged that the court erred in failing to grant a mistrial on motion of counsel for the defendant after objecting to the following testimony of Richard Minich, a witness for the State: "He [the defendant] introduced you to Lamar?" The witness replied: "That's exactly right...
