This is an appeal from an order dismissing appellant's petition for determination of heirship.

Grant Monts, a Negro resident of Grant County, Arkansas, died in February, 1926, at the age of 45. At death he owned 120 acres of land in Grant County upon which he was living. Following his death one Adoria Ludiway Monts, who allegedly was
