This is an action to foreclose a mechanic's lien. The appeal is from a decision of the trial court amending the lien statement and foreclosing the lien.

The principal question is whether on the facts and circumstances herein presented a mechanic's lien statement may be amended to change the names of the owners of the property after the statutory time within which the claimant must file his lien...
