This is an appeal from a judgment rendered against two insurance companies as garnishee defendants.

On August 9, 1954, a decree of divorce was entered awarding the wife, the defendant therein, an absolute divorce on her cross-complaint against the plaintiff husband. She was also awarded monthly support money, alimony payments and attorney's fees. The insurance policies here in question were awarded to the plaintiff husband with certain conditions...
