Defendant was charged by Grand Jury indictment with the offense of operating motor vehicle while his license was under suspension, in violation of Section 321A.32 of the 1958 Code of Iowa I.C.A. Upon trial he was convicted by jury verdict and judgment and sentence rendered thereon. Defendant appeals.
