The sole issue in this appeal is the sufficiency of the petition of Spalding County and the City of Griffin seeking to condemn a perpetual easement of a certain clear zone of air space over the condemnee's property for use by aircraft in ascending from or descending to the Griffin-Spalding County Airport adjacent thereto.
