Each of the petitioners in the above entitled proceedings seeks a writ of mandate directed to the respondent county auditor-controller of the county of Los Angeles directing him to draw and pay the salary warrant of each of said petitioners as judge of the Municipal Court of the Los Angeles Judicial District, each claiming to be the lawful incumbent of the same judicial office in said court.
