This is an action to set aside two orders of the Interstate Commerce Commission (hereinafter called the Commission) brought by the plaintiff, a Massachusetts corporation, under 28 U.S.C. §§ 1336, 1398, 2321-2325 and 49 U.S.C.A. § 17(9).
