The plaintiff, a pedestrian, recovered damages for personal injuries claimed to have been sustained when he was struck by a tractor-trailer truck owned by the named defendant and operated by its admitted agent, the defendant Adam C. Schmaelzle. The basic question on this appeal is whether the evidence supports a verdict for the plaintiff.
