This is an appeal from a summary judgment in favor of appellee, American Surety Company. Appellant sued Gail Whitcomb, d/b/a Whitcomb's Clear Creek Farms, and appellee, to recover against Whitcomb damages for personal injuries sustained by appellant while working as a ranch or farm hand for Whitcomb. In the same suit appellant sued appellee on a voluntary workman's compensation policy which had been issued...
