Kovrak to declare his rights and privileges as an Attorney and Counselor, Solicitor, Advocate and Proctor of this Court to practice law before this Court, to maintain an office for the transaction of legal business within the jurisdiction of this Court, and to use on letterheads and otherwise in the conduct of his legal business the titles of Attorney and Counselor...
