Plaintiff filed this petitory action in which the prays to be decreed the owner of an undivided 1/6th interest in and to the following property:

"The North Fifty (50) feet of Lot Six (6) of Block Seven (7) of the Amelia Cormier Subdivision in the City of Lake Charles, Louisiana, with improvements located thereon; One (1) Lot of household goods and furniture valued at approximately $1000.00," as forced heir of her mother, Clementine Broussard...
