The defendant, Maurice B. Dabney, a druggist, was charged in five bills of indictment with the felonious sale of drugs on the following dates: February 28, March 3, March 4, March 10, 1956, and one omnibus bill alleging divers sales from September 29, 1955 to February 27, 1956.
