The plaintiff, co-partners, doing business as Schultz & Lindsay Gravel Company, commenced this action to invoke the injunctive powers of the state courts, alleging that the defendants were engaging in certain unfair labor practices in that the defendants were committing unlawful acts in an effort to prevent the plaintiff, by physical force and violence, from conducting its lawful business and further alleging that such force and violence will continue...
