Defendant was convicted of two counts of selling heroin to Joseph A. Brown in violation of section 11500, Health and Safety Code, and sentenced to the state prison. He appeals therefrom, contending that the evidence is insufficient to support the judgment; Brown's testimony was "untrustworthy" and `perjurious" and therefore "not competent"; at the preliminary hearing the court denied him the right to learn the name of the informant; and two unreported conferences...
