This case comes to us on report. On May 22, 1950, Amelia Shapleigh, by means of an inter vivos indenture of trust, conveyed to Lester M. Bragdon and herself certain assets for the ultimate benefit of a number of persons named therein. She also executed her last will and testament under date of January 8, 1951.
