This is an action which was commenced on September 10, 1957, in the district court for Douglas County, Nebraska, juvenile division, entitled "An Inquiry into the case of Barkus, Thomas E., a Minor Child," wherein by petition it was charged that Barkus, under the age of 18 years, was a delinquent in that on or about August 16, 1957, he trespassed on the railroad right-of-way of the Union Pacific Railroad Company near Ninety-sixth and F Streets, Omaha...
