This is an appeal from an order of the circuit court admitting to probate the last will and testament of the deceased, Mary Loftus. The contestant-appellant, Erickson, was a first cousin and apparently the sole heir of deceased. The contestant, Folette, was a creditor of deceased who had petitioned the court for the appointment of an administrator. He has not appealed. The respondent, Davidson, is the executor named in the contested will...
