On December 4, 1954, Mrs. Josephine Angelo sustained injuries while a passenger in a bus of the Pittsburgh Railways Company. She and her husband, Louis Angelo, instituted a trespass action which resulted in verdicts for the plaintiffs. Defendant's motion for judgment n.o.v. was refused by the court en banc, one judge dissenting. Judgments were entered on the verdicts, and...
