PER CURIAM:

Plaintiffs' bill attacks certain annexation proceedings, same having been pursued to elective conclusion under authority of sections 6 and 13 of the so-called home-rule act, PA 1909, No 279, as last amended, respectively, by PA 1957, No 210 and PA 1956, No 77 (CL 1948, § 117.6, as amended, CLS 1956, § 117.13 [Stat Ann 1957 Cum Supp §§ 5.2085, 5.2092]). The bill was dismissed below on motion of defendants. Plaintiffs appeal.
