This matter comes before me on motion of the plaintiff for summary judgement. The complaint alleges that the United States District Court for the District of Columbia issued its order on February 6, 1948 directing the defendant to pay alimony to the plaintiff; that said Court thereafter issued eight separate orders adjudging the defendant in contempt and granting judgment to plaintiff by reason of the non-payment of said alimony...
